Eric Lia, Senior Vice President of Engineering, Verizon
As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Eric is responsible for Verizon’s power space and cooling infrastructure, access cost strategy and management, program management of network transformation initiatives, fixed wireless access, and technology decommissioning efforts, and management of systems requirements for the access engineering & operations organization.
Eric has held many senior leadership positions in the Global Network & Technology organization including, Vice President South Area Access Engineering & Operations teams, Vice President of Engineering East Territory, Vice President Engineering Implementation and Analytics, Executive Director of Network Capital Management for the Wireless and Wireline networks, Director of FiOS Network Operations, and Director of Network Systems Architecture.
Eric graduated with honors from University of Buffalo with a Bachelors, in Mechanical Engineering, and he also earned a Master’s in Business Administration.  He is married with three children, lives in Tampa, FL, and enjoys outdoor sports and activities.

Bryan Schromsky, Managing Partner, 5G Public Sector
Bryan Schromsky, Managing Partner, 5G Public Sector has been with Verizon for more than 24 years. During his tenure he has held various engineering, marketing, and project management positions, making him an expert in the growth and integration of voice and data networks. Bryan has worked closely with Federal, State, and Local government agencies in designing and implementing public safety voice and data networks using 2G, 3G, 4G and now 5G technology. A graduate of the University of Kentucky and the FBI Citizens Academy, he has served on various government mobility panels including the FBI Information Technology Study Group, NOBLE, HAPCOA, National Security Agency, and IACP mobility committees. He has also been nominated and approved by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation to serve on the ITS Program Advisory Committee for three terms. Bryan is currently an active member of AFCEA and GBEF.

Earl W. Struble, Associate Director Verizon Frontline Crisis Response - South
Earl is currently in his 18th year with Verizon and is the Associate Director of Verizon Frontline Crisis Response leading a team responding to 12 states in the southern part of the US.  With over 30 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, Earl has committed his career towards creating and implementing his vision for public/private partnerships when responding to emergencies or disasters.  In his current position with Verizon, Earl has had many active roles with crisis events including hurricanes, tornadoes, active shooters, wildfires, missing person searches and more, and uses this experience to educate local, county, state, and federal governments on how to improve mission critical communications and logistics for public safety and our first responders.  Earl is also in his second term as a NC911 board member, enabling him to help guide the State of North Carolina's strategic initiatives around emergency response.  Earl lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife Carrie and has 3 children, a son Alex and twin girls Ellie and Faye.
